Manage user info

How an HR can update user extra information ?

Note: Only HR or Admin can manage the user extra information !

Where to go ?

  1. Click on « Company users » in the menu
  2. Click on [...] and select “Manage user”

Update the info

  1. Update the information:
    • Division, Hire date, Birth date...
    • Direct supervisor, HR, functional manager
  2. Click on update to validate


  • xLearn reports are based on HR/Manager mentionned in this page ; ie. a manager will only see the reporting of his/her team
  • HR fill this form according to the company policy ; no controls are performed by xLearn
  • "LinkedIn URL" is the link provided by the user when he/she imported his/her profile
